Cancellation Policy

You can cancel/amend your booking up to 48 hours prior to your session. Access your account on our site via the membership area at the top right, next to the book now button, or give us a call or email. If we're closed and you don't have an account, then a voicemail or email will suffice for notice. Accounts are very easily created via the aforementioned members area, simply use the email you booked with to create your account with us.
